CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & No-Shows Life happens, and I completely understand that unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply. For no-shows, you will be charged 100% of the service total, and future appointments will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If something comes up last minute, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly—I’m happy to work with you whenever possible! Thank you for respecting my time and policies.
